skipwebb Member	posted 05-02-2011 08:49 AM Good read...Good answer. They are not exempt from that portion of the law as they can't show a direct monetary loss to the company. The fact they happen to be a security company only exempts them from the prohibition against testing of their applicants/employees. It does not give them any exemption from specific issue testing for a psecific loss or crime. (IMHO) IP: Logged
